The hotel's location is excellent and perfect, within walking distance of restaurants and bars. the room is nice-sized and bright with a view of the sea. the bathroom is clean, and there is a nice balcony and a mini-bar.

The room was large with smoke detectors for safety measures. We had a NICE view of the sunset and a large bed. The location was favourable and a bus stop was near the hotel. Furthermore, the property was a 10-15 minute walk from Uvala Lapad Beach.
There was no elevator which we expected, so were a little disappointed.

Exceptionally clean and recently renovated place with very very helpful staff with staff member who lied. Marvellous location in Lapad district just next door to a very nice area of Dubrovnik, and the restaurant in a buiding and outdoor area that looked and felt abandoned.

The selection of appetising toast, slices of fresh bread, cereals, scrambled eggs, and cheese was a bonus. the location was great for traveling around Dubrovnik, close to a bus stop that connects to the city centre, and a very nice area of Dubrovnik with a beach and plenty of restaurants.

The hotel had a good buffet breakfast, as right next to the sea with its own beach, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, a regular daily bus took us from out hotel doorstep to the old town of Dubrovnik in 10mins, there were plenty of restaurants nearby to eat in.
